Can not erase Zodiac FX

Hello!

I am pretty new with Zodiac FX. I was trying to setup it to connect to NEC controller PF6800.
I changed IP to 10.1.8.99 and controller IP to 10.1.8.10 and it was working.

Then I create new VLAN 4091 (as we are using it for c-plane). Then I set this VLAN to port 4 and move VLAN 200 to port 3.
After reboot I couldn't access Zodiac FX not on port 3 and not on port 4.

I tried with jumper "erase" but no success. How is the correct procedure to restore factory defaults? Is there any other way to bring back this switch to operational state?

Hi Borut,

If you run the command "factory reset" while in the config context it will return all the settings to the default. Don't forget to save and restart.
