How many flows can the hardware support?
What is the max flow installation rate (flows/sec)?

The flow table size is user configurable and dependent on the amount of available RAM, at this point it is expected to be around 512 flows. As for flow install rate I'm not sure because I've never tested it, however I can guarantee it won't come close to a data centre switch. But that was never the point, it will be more then fast enough for testing and development purposes.

Paul

What is the maximum speed each port supports? 100Mbps/1Gbps?

In my testing, I could only fill up about 341 flows.  Not sure if the amount of memory consumed by each flow entry depends on what the entry is.

Firmware Version: 0.81
Example flow entry:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Flow 1
  Match:
  In Port: 1

 Attributes:
  Table ID: 2            Cookie:0x1
  Priority: 83            Duration: 2461 secs
Hard Timeout: 0 secs         Idle Timeout: 0 secs
Byte Count: 0         Packet Count: 0
  Last Match: 00:41:01

 Instructions:
  Apply Actions:
   Output Port: 2
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I added similar entries with the change of priority and table id.
